The transactional patent practice comprises all phases of patent prosecution in both domestic and foreign patent offices, including:
  • ​Attending “brainstorming” sessions generating invention disclosures,
  • Attending patent committee reviews and evaluations of disclosures,
  • Taking invention disclosures,
  • Drafting and filing applications,
  • Prosecuting applications,
  • Obtaining issuance of patents, and
  • Representation in administrative appeal and post-grant proceedings.
